When the Burdon family gathers for a reunion at Poppa and Nonna’s ranch, they are confronted with how distant they’ve grown from one another. Amid marital struggles, teenage angst, and Poppa’s declining health, the adults turn to Poppa’s heartfelt story of the Forty-Seven Days—a moving retelling of the miracles and final days of Jesus on Earth. As the story transports the family back in time, a sudden business opportunity places Joseph at a crossroads, testing his priorities and devotion.
